🤝 How We Arrange Your First Connection
At LadyFromBelarus, we understand how important the first impression is. That’s why we organize introductions with great care and only after confirming mutual interest from both sides. Below you will find how we work and what to expect from our introduction process.
📨 Step 1: Sending Your Profile to the Ladies
Once we receive your completed profile, photos, and questionnaire, we translate your information into Russian and send it to the women you’ve selected.
- You can choose just a few women or several dozens — the choice is yours.
- We reserve the right to refuse sending your profile if:
- your photos are low-quality or missing,
- your questionnaire is incomplete,
- or your profile doesn’t meet the standards of our agency.
- In some cases, we may ask for documents confirming your identity. Refusal to provide them may result in your profile not being shared.
- If we see a critically low response rate, we may pause your search until your criteria or profile are adjusted.
Response time: On average, it takes 2–5 days to receive answers from the women. However, not all responses can be guaranteed due to natural reasons (travel, timing, etc.).
Please note: once your profile is sent to a woman, we cannot send it again.
💌 Your Presentation Letter
You are welcome to include a personal presentation letter with your profile.
- We do not translate this letter — it is sent as is.
- You can order a professional translation in advance if needed.
- Women’s responses to your letter are typically in yes/no format, indicating whether they would like to meet.
📹 Video Meetings (for those who can’t visit Minsk soon)
Video meetings are a good alternative if you’re unable to travel in the near future.
We arrange these meetings only after receiving a lady’s consent to meet you.
How it works:
- We agree on a convenient time (considering time zones).
- We test your internet connection and video quality beforehand.
- The video call is arranged via Skype, WhatsApp, or Viber.
- The fee is €50, to be paid in advance.
- First calls last up to 1 hour — but can be extended if both enjoy the conversation.
- Optional interpreter available: €10/hour.
- You can exchange personal contacts during the video call.
- If you cancel the meeting less than 2 hours before, the fee is non-refundable.
- If you decide to travel to Minsk to meet this lady after the call — the real-life meeting will be arranged free of charge.
🧡 Real-Life Meetings in Minsk
Nothing compares to meeting in person. That’s why we recommend real meetings as the most effective way to connect.
How it works:
- First, we send your profile to the lady. If she agrees — we schedule the meeting.
- Most meetings are held at our agency in a private, comfortable room.
- In some cases, we can arrange the meeting at a restaurant or café.
- We offer you coffee or tea to make the environment relaxed.
- Meetings typically last 1–2 hours, depending on both participants.
- You can meet up to 3 ladies per day (Mon–Fri), and up to 5 on weekends.
- We try to arrange most dates early in your trip, so you have time for second meetings if things go well.
- If the lady lives outside of Minsk, an extra €25 travel fee applies.
- If you need an interpreter, it’s €10/hour.
- Please inform us at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule — otherwise, the meeting fee is non-refundable.
- During the meeting, you may exchange personal contacts or receive them from us afterward.
The price of a real-life meeting is €50.
